What dress sizes do you have in stock to try on?

We have gowns available in sizes 2 to 24W. If a sample dress does not fit exactly when you try it on, we use clips and pins to help you visualize how it will fit/look in your size.

How many guests can I bring with me, and may I bring children?

Our sitting area accommodates 5-6 people comfortably. We are family oriented, and well-behaved children are welcome to attend appointments. We ask that parents or other adults carefully monitor childrens' behavior and not allow them to touch mirrors or run through the inventory.

What designers do you carry, and what are the price points?

A current list of designers that we carry is available by clicking on the "collections" tab. Our bridal price points range from $299.00 to $2,000.00. Bridesmaids are between $99.00 and $250.00. Mother's dresses range from $99.00 to $450.00.

Do you have gowns for sale right away?

We always have a nice selection of gowns available to brides who are getting married soon and don't have time to special order a gown. Some of these samples (current dresses we are selling off the rack) as well as sale dresses (discontinued gowns).

What if I don't want white?

We keep samples in a variety of colors, and most dresses are available in several colors. Most brides prefer some variation of an Off-White/Ivory color for their dress.

How far in advance should I order my dress?

Most brides begin searching about a year before the wedding. Ideally we recommend wedding gown orders be placed 9 months before the wedding, but most of the time you can order within 4 to 6 months of the wedding (with NO major alterations needed). Some dresses may be available for shipment in as little as 1 month (additional fees apply). Bridesmaids, flower girl, and mothers dresses typically need to be ordered about 4 month before the wedding. Tuxedo rentals should be completed about 1 month before the wedding (that includes having all measurements in and final decisions made). Shoes and accessories can range from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on customizations.

If I am searching for a specific dress, can I call you to see if you have it?

Yes, please do. We will need the name of the designer and the style number. You can also check out our dresses located under the "collections" tab on this website to see what we have in stock and what size.

Do I need an appointment to come in and try dresses on?

Appointments are HIGHLY recommended, but not always neccessary. An appointment will guarantee you a fitting room when you are ready to try on dresses. Customers with an appointment will be given first assistance with any of their needs. Also, appointments are available outside regular business hours and Sundays are reserved for appointments ONLY.

How will I know what size to order?

When you are ready to order your gown, we take your measurements to determine what size makes the most sense to order for you. We never choose a size based on how a sample fits, because sometimes they do not fit the way a brand new dress will fit. We strongly advise against coming in to the store simply to try on dresses to determine a size to order online. Not only is this an inconsiderate waste of our staff's time, the sizes of our designers' dresses will not be the same as those you will find online.

Do you rent wedding gowns or buy used items? Do you consign items?

We DO NOT rent dresses and we will NOT buy items from you. We WILL take your gently used gowns according to our Consignment Agreement (found in the "forms" tab).

What kind of payments do you take?

We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards, or Checks. However, we do not accept checks when paying the remaining balance of your dress and you are taking the dress with you.

How much do you require to place an order?

All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Payments can be made and the dress will be ordered once 50% of the total balance is paid. Any remaining balance is due before the dress leaves the shop.

What is your Refund or Return Policy?

The standard in the industry, as well as here at Forever Yours Bridal, is that there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. There are rarely exceptions.

Do you do Alterations?

At this time, we are not currently offering alteration services through our shop. We would be happy to suggest some great local seamstresses for you to contact.
